Shipping & Returns


We ship all of our products via U.S. Priority mail. We will combine orders in the most efficient way to save on shipping costs. Shipping cost will vary depending on how much you order. Shipping times vary depending on product availability at the time you place your order as well as proximity to the Twin Cities in Minnesota. If you would like to have a rush placed on your order, please contact us for availability and alternate shipping methods.

Order Processing

We strive to ship all orders with in a 48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Shipping times are in addition to this norm. From time to time, we run low on stock and shipping times may vary. All of our products are made by us and on a weekly basis. If your order will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you via email and let you know timing on the delivery.


Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We are very concerned with the freshness and quality of our products. We make our caramels in small batches to insure you receive the best possible experience every time. If you experience an issue, please contact us for replacement as soon as you can. Please note that our caramels are best consumed within 7 days although they do keep well for several weeks. Our caramels can be kept in the refrigerator to help with short term storage especially in hot and humid climates.
